Our Pastor

Our lead pastor and his wife have an extensive and exemplary ministry background in churches in Alabama and Florida spanning over three decades. Grady is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and is a graduate of Troy University. Joyce is an accomplished musician and teacher and also serves as the church office manager/bookkeeper.

They have been married for over 45 years and have three adult children, Jennifer Hudson (and her son, Bralynd) David Russell and his wife Missy (and their children Andrew, Abigail, and Asher), and Jonathan Russell and his wife Stephanie (and their children, Katie, Emily, Rachel, and Sarah.)

Grady is a gifted teacher and anointed preacher of the Word of God. He is highly skilled in all areas of ministry and church administration.

Grady and Joyce are enthusiastic followers of Jesus Christ and believe strongly in the concept of team ministry. They have implemented many aspects of team leadership here at Bethel.
